Join our dynamic team at our vibrant Amsterdam headquarters as a Team Leader As a vital part of our expanding contact center, you'll oversee client interactions for the creation of numerous websites catering to small and medium businesses. Your role entails guiding the team of Client Managers to deliver projects that meet brief requirements, maintain high-quality standards, and adhere to agreed-upon timelines.
Primarily, you'll serve as a coach and motivator, ensuring the team delivers top-notch customer service through effective daily management. What you will do
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureEnsuring the timely and successful delivery of our digital products according to customer needs and objectivesProviding training sessions to new hires on the teamManaging team calendars effectivelyManaging sick leave and holidays appropriatelyProviding regular one-on-ones to CMs which drive personal developmentSupporting and motivating the team to improve performanceSetting and regularly assessing progress towards clear team goalsDelegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal teamOverseeing day-to-day operationMonitoring team performance and report on metricsWhat you need to succeed
Fluent English is mandatoryFluent German or fluent French is mandatoryProven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in a customer care environmentThe ability to communicate effectively and influence clientsPast work experience in account management, customer service, contact center or relevant roleExcellent communication and leadership skillsObvious energy and enthusiasmUnderstanding of SEO, SEM and Web production is preferableHands-on experience of CRM software is preferableStrong work ethic and team spiritGood knowledge of performance metrics and how to apply themSuperb organisational and time-management skillsBe located in the NetherlandsWhat we offer you
