Er alles aan doet om de passende oplossing te komen voor de klant. Problemen het liefste in 1 keer oplossen. Zorgt dat iedere klant helemaal happy is met jouw hulp. Een band schept met de klant en het vertrouwen gaat winnen Begripvol overkomt naar de klant en achter de hoofdzaak van het gesprek komt.Wat heb je nodig?
Klantgerichte houding: jij luistert naar wat de klant te vertellen heeft. En bent net zo enthousiast als mevrouw Jansen over haar 15 katten. Empatisch vermogen: jij snap als geen ander wat de klant en TopDierenShop wil, en hoe jij ervoor kan zorgen dat deze happy blijft. Analytisch vermogen: Kunt goed inschatten hoe je de situatie kunt aanvliegen. Resultaatgericht houding: Vind het gaaf om verder te groeien samen met ons en dit succes te delen. Ervaring: Ben jij al een customer Happiness veteraan? Of ben je net aan de slag als Klantenservicemedewerker? minimaal 1 jaar ervaring op de klantenservice is een pré, kennis van huisdieren is uiteraard erg handig en leuk Tijd: ben jij parttime of fulltime beschikbaar(8 tot 40 uur), zoek jij werk voor de avonduren of weekenden? Vervoer: Je bent zelf in de mogelijkheid naar Venlo te komen.Wat gaan wij voor jou doen?
