Job description

Provide HSSE leadership andguidance to the construction workforce to support a positive safety culture, conductand record daily Safety audits

Provide verification that thecontractors are executing their work in full conformance and compliance withthe standards, plans and designs.

Actively participate inconstructability program at formal reviews as well as during work pack reviewsand observations made on site.

Bring knowledge and experienceto the constructability process to maximize opportunity for constructionsafety, efficiency or schedule benefit.

Review quality of workstandards as well as compliance with design intent at all stages ofconstruction

Drive productivity, efficiencyand productive time through supporting and advising the EPC contractor

Candidate skills & attributes

Strong personal commitment anddemonstrable record to health, safety, environmental and regulatoryperformance.

Minimum of 10 years`experience of construction supervision or management on major projects

Must have a strong drive andtrack record of delivery of safety performance and quality Demonstratedleadership skills and technical expertise in mechanical and other constructiondisciplines

Able to interact effectivelywith company & contractor personnel on location to get the job done Able tointeract effectively with engineering staff, as well as equipment manufacturesand vendors to solve complex issues in a timely manner

Self-motivation and ability towork both independently and as a good team player

Computer skills withdemonstrated proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint
