Functieomschrijving:

Als Lab Support Technician speel je een essentiële rol in het ondersteunen van diverse laboratorium activiteiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van cellyse met meerkanaalsmicropipetten en het analyseren van spiervezels uit dierlijk weefsel met behulp van een lichtmicroscoop. Je werkt volgens standaard operationele procedures (SOP's) om ervoor te zorgen dat alle processen nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd en gedocumenteerd. Daarnaast assisteer je bij andere laboratorium taken en draag je bij aan de algehele kwaliteitscontrole en ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten.



Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van cellyse: Zorgvuldig uitvoeren van cellyse procedures met meerkanaalsmicropipetten volgens SOP's;
  • Microscopische analyse: Gebruik van een lichtmicroscoop voor het dissecteren en analyseren van spiervezels uit dierlijk weefsel;
  • Ondersteunen van laboratorium activiteiten: Assisteren bij verschillende laboratorium taken en experimenten om de onderzoeks- en productie doelen te ondersteunen;
  • Data registratie: Accuraat registreren van alle verzamelde data en resultaten, en rapporteren aan het team.



Profiel:

  • Afgeronde MLO- of HLO-opleiding in de richting van Biologie, Biotechnologie, of een gerelateerd vakgebied;
  • Ervaring met cellyse en gebruik van meerkanaalsmicropipetten is een pré;
  • Hands-on ervaring met het gebruik van een lichtmicroscoop en dissectie van dierlijk weefsel;
  • Nauwkeurigheid, aandacht voor detail en een methodische benadering van werk;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een team gerichte instelling;
  • ISO17025 ervaring is een pré.



Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Dienstverband: Uitzicht op lange termijn en vast contract bij de werkgever;
  • Salarisindicatie: €2500,- tot €3500,- per maand;
  • Werktijden: 40 uur per week;
  • Regio: Oss;
