Job Description

***** This role is to be based in the UK, Germany or the Netherlands *****

The primary purpose of this role is to Assists the European HSE and Wellbeing Director and Regional HSE Managers in delivering the safety-first strategy and supporting HSE across all sites in Europe. Assists the development and implementation of HSE systems and initiatives. Provides the HSE team support through the coordination and maintenance of HSE related data and analytical solutions, to drive performance.

What will you do?

Collaborate with European HSE team to ensure regulatory and standard compliance.Provide expert advice and support on HSE matters to employees.Champion HSE best practices.Delivery of a consistent and standardized approach across the European network.Data analytics within the HSE function.Conducting regular data quality control checks across the range of tools/systems/reports.Creation of visually appealing and insightful reports for business stakeholders.Manage and coordinate project/ initiative delivery to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Standardization of reporting requirements.Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety initiatives.Advancing site safety objectives and performance through comprehensive safety audits.Involvement in stakeholder groups.Reviewing and monitoring KPI’s..Reviewing injury/near miss and other event entry records to ensure correct documentation and follow up.Purchase Order support for HSE function.

Who we are looking for?

Essential

NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)Experience in data analyticsMicrosoft Office 365 Applications. Particularly ExcelPower Apps (incl. PowerBi)Effective coordination and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.Strong planning and prioritization skillsFluency in English

Desirable

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjectData Analytics qualification to level 3 or equivalentFluency in German or Dutch
