Employmentagency Manpower is looking for a First Line Manager for a companyin Eindhoven.

As a FirstLine Manager you will perform the following workingactivities: 
  • Empower, guide, and coachteams towards achieving optimal performance and maintainingproduction excellence
  • Oversee day-to-dayoperations with precision, ensuring adherence to key performanceindicators (KPIs) and swift response to evolving situations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives,fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the teamand organization
  • Ensure continuous improvementof department KPIs: Safety, Quality, Line efficiency, Extractlosses
  •   Lead Lean Six Sigma belt projectfocusing on improving gross line yield of returnable packaging line
