You'll be based in our Amsterdam office, working alongside a team of product designers in both the Netherlands and the UK. More broadly, you'll be part of a global design community comprising over 175 product designers, service designers, researchers, and writers.
We’re a dynamic team focused on JET's strategic big bets, collaborating with various teams across the organisation. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working on a variety of projects and adept at navigating evolving priorities. You should be able to think end-to-end, confidently designing across the entire user journey while consistently advocating for users at every stage.
We’re passionate about exploring problems in-depth and regularly engage with our users to understand their needs and validate our work. You'll be part of an empowered, cross-functional team that prioritises research and leverages data to understand the problem space, moving through the design process to deliver engaging, user-centred solutions.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:- Deliver end-to-end solutions that cover the entire problem space, and all user touchpoints
- Empathise and understand our users’ key challenges, designing innovative solutions to overcome them
- Create thorough user flows and journeys, bringing ideas to life through wireframes, visual design mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate detailed interaction behaviours
- Design across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, including creating documentation, wireframes, high- and low-fidelity prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI
- Work alongside wider product teams, co-creating with Product Managers and ensuring viability and quality of releases with Engineers
- Collaborate closely with our team of UX researchers

- Experience working with digital products in a design-based role
- Proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience designing and prototyping
- Familiarity with design systems is a plus
- A mobile-first mindset with experience designing for mobile web, and app-based experiences (also a plus)
- Proactivity, and confidence in decision making
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work beyond silos, and actively engage with colleagues across departments
- Fluent in English, both written & spoken
