We're seeking a proactive HR Administrator fluent in Dutch or English to support the Senior HR Manager. This role involves handling core HR tasks, employee records, and benefits administration, with occasional support for HR functions across other European countries.
This role is for 3-6 months + a potential extension for an indefinite term.
Description
- Provide administrative support to the Senior HR Manager on all HR-related activities.
- Assist with the day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee records, contract management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Manage sick leave processes, including recording absences in the system and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle requests from colleagues for official HR documents (e.g., employment verifications, letters).
- Assist with payroll processing by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely submission of data.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including healthcare, pensions, and other company-offered benefits.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve HR-related issues and improve processes.
- Provide support to the HR function in other European countries when needed, ensuring local HR policies and legal frameworks are adhered to.
