Join HITEC as a Financial Reporting Specialist and take the next step in your career. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of financial reporting duties, including management reporting and fulfilling information requests from HITEC management and Air Water inc., the parent company based in Japan. Your tasks will involve coordinating the consolidation of international HITEC entities, handling regulatory and financial reporting, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, you will prepare monthly balance sheet reviews for group entities and perform intercompany reconciliations. By contributing to business cases and various financial projects, you will play a pivotal role in the Financial team. Collaborating with the Regional Controllers from APAC, EMEA and the US, you will report directly to the Group Controller.  

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and publishing monthly financial statements, consolidated and by entity.
  • Supporting the close process for the HITEC group.
  • Supporting the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Resolving technical accounting issues.
  • Ensuring the quality of financial reporting.
  • Managing requirements of HITEC management and Air Water inc. the parent company.
  • Improving reporting quality and increasing reporting efficiency.

Requirements and skills:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar, or proven experience at his level.
  • You are an experienced Excel user and open to become a specialist in reporting software like Power BI.
  • You have experience in creating financial statements.
  • You have knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch.
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week.
