Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van shift leads maintenance (direct 5fte) en indirect voor de onderhoudsmonteurs (indirect 25 fte); je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en het toezicht houden op alle grote geplande en niet-geplande reparaties, met als doel ervoor te zorgen dat de uptime van machines wordt gemaximaliseerd, onderhoudskosten worden geminimaliseerd en alle werkzaamheden op een veilige manier worden uitgevoerd; je bent een gemotiveerde teambuilder voor alle leden van het onderhoudsteam; je rapporteert direct aan de maintenance manager en bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming met het On-site managementteam en de klant op het gebied van onderhoudswerkzaamheden; je coördineert de onderhoudsopdrachten en reparaties conform de klanteisen en wettelijke vereisten; je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch correct en tijdig uitvoeren van de onderhouds- en projecttaken; je ondersteunt de maintenance manager bij de selectie en introductietraining van nieuw personeel en ondersteunt de shift leads maintenance bij het uitvoeren van het personeelsbeleid, het overdragen van instructies en het ontwikkelen van de benodigde specialistische en methodologische competenties; in overleg met de maintenance engineer werk je actief mee aan de implementatie en doorontwikkeling van werkzaamheden en werkprocessen, en aan de totstandkoming van het continu verbeterproces; je werkt voortdurend samen met de On-site manager om onderhoudsprocedures te herzien en om klantenserviceniveaus te bereiken en te behouden; je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en correct gebruik van WITOOL en de uitvoering van de onderhoudsschema's.Wie zoeken wij
Je hebt een afgeronde mbo+ of hbo in de richting van elektrotechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde, technische bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar; je hebt tenminste 1 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met leidinggeven en bent hands on; je hebt ervaring met fundamentele onderhoudsprincipes (OEE, TPM, etc.); je bent een People manager en je ziet in elke hobbel een uitdaging; je bent communicatief zeer sterk, accuraat en klantgericht; je hebt goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; je hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit; je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.
