Responsibilities:- Contribute to improving the development and build process by implementing strategies to streamline workflow, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
- Design and develop enterprise-level systems that make extensive use of messaging and microservices, ensuring they meet requirements and service level agreements.
- Participate in the Java implementation of micro-services solutions, write reliable, fast, scalable, and secure back-end code. Implement messaging patterns, ensure data consistency, and adhere to best practices.
- Develop and implement secure OAUTH authentication mechanisms, and design validation mechanisms as tests.
- Assist with deployment and configuration, set up CI/CD pipelines, and be familiar with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with the team, follow Scrum procedures, estimate work upon request, attend daily stand-ups, participate in sprint retrospectives, and communicate progress regularly.
- Write technical documentation accounting for secure coding practices, logging, and auditing.
- Possess hands-on Git experience and write clean, secure, high-quality code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 6 minimum years experience
- Experience in container configuration and deployment using Kubernetes in at least 2 projects
- Good knowledge of application development environments
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise integration methodologies and patterns
- Strong experience in designing and developing back-end components such as REST APIs, integrations, and micro-services
- Proficiency in relational databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum implementation, including participation in Pull Requests (Code Reviews)
- In-depth knowledge of Java 17 and experience with common Java frameworks such as Spring 6, SpringBoot 3, and Spring Security
- Experience with OpenAPI, Open tracing, user authentication (Open ID connector and Oauth2), and containerization of applications using Kubernetes
- Good knowledge of messaging systems, including ActiveMQ and RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigms and SOLID principles
- Familiarity with CD/CI systems such as TFS, Git, Maven, and Code Quality tools like Sonarqube
- Desirable: 2 years of experience in cloud-based software development, knowledge of Elasticsearch, and experience with processing NIST files (biometric information exchange)
- Excellent command of English (minimum B2 Level)
