What you will be doing:
Leading the ITEC Systems Engineering Team, responsible for the ITEC product portfolio for Assembly, Test, Vision, and Automation.
Owner of the Systems Engineering Process, defined as the process of managing system requirements and system design to satisfy stakeholder needs throughout the equipment life cycle.
Manage execution of technical benchmarks of existing products to support the ITEC product roadmaps.
Keep assembly solutions across projects consistent with the defined equipment architecture and equipment roadmap.
Assure compliance of the equipment with industry standards, like CE engineering, Semi standards, etc.
Maintain and expand your network in Nexperia R&D Teams and with Universities, Technology Institutes, Industry Boards, Supplier & Competition, to secure our competences, technologies and processes at industry benchmark.
What you will need:
Master’s degree or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering; supplemental education in Electronics is a pro.
Minimum eight years of experience in relevant architecture or systems engineering positions in comparable R&D fields.
Experience in managing teams of subject matter experts and architects.
Be able to act independently in guiding development project teams.
Drive for steadily implementing differentiating technologies to keep equipment platforms competitive.
Result Driven, Process Oriented manager, with focus on Collaboration and Teamwork.
Well-developed competences in Stakeholder Management, Communication, and Decision Making.
