The Financial Insights and Analytics department sits at the centre of the European matrix organisation, developing reports and automated processes that bring efficiency and insight to the business.
As Finance Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports/dashboards/processes that support financial reporting, improve performance visibility, reduce financial risk and drive efficiencies.
Reporting to the FIA Manager, you will build strong partnerships with the finance teams across our regions and divisions.
You will liaise with various stakeholders in a matrix organisation including divisional and country finance, IT and the core FP&A team.

Reporting: implement Power BI reports and dashboards to support European Finance Leadership Team and Europe Leadership with in-depth analysisProcess improvements: analyse business processes and develop RPA solutions for recurring processesDriving change: lead the alignment of various stakeholders to standardise processesCollaboration: with IT to build/test/deploy new technical solutions/ enhancementsPartnering: with the business to ensure that the request for any report or automated solution is clearly understood and technically feasibleKnowledge acquisition: slowly building the big picture when interacting with different stakeholders/departmentsTechnical support: support the finance community with ad hoc requestsTraining material: provide training materials to the business on Power BI and Power AutomateMaintenance: ensure reports, dashboards, and automated processes are running at all timesContinuous learning: develop your skills on a daily basisBack-up to the Core FP&A teamWhat You Need:
Min 2+ years’ experience as an analyst or similar roleBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence or Data Science. An accounting qualification (ex: CPA, CIMA or ACCA) is a plusFamiliarity with the Office365 environment (Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, Visio, Forms, SharePoint, Planner etc.)Understanding of key data concepts (data preparation, data modelling, data structure/types list, array etc.)Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, SQL, and ideally PythonMicrosoft/ Python certifications are considered a plusAbout StrykerStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
