Als Contingent Workforce Specialist fungeer je als schakel tussen de interne stakeholders van Deloitte, onze externe leveranciers en de tijdelijke medewerkers. Je beheert de flexibele schil op Deloitte projecten, wat inhoudt dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor werving, onboarding, dagelijkse vragen, escalaties en performance management voor jouw eigen project met soms meer dan 100 externen.De werving van deze professionals verloopt onder andere via leveranciers, waarvoor je (raamcontract)onderhandelingen voert en dagelijks contact onderhoudt voor het beheer van de flexibele schil. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het identificeren van behoeften en het waarborgen van een soepel inhuurproces, van start tot en met offboarding. How do you do this?

  • Identificeren van behoeften voor externe inhuur voor Deloitte Nederland en klanten van Deloitte;
  • Projectmatig werken in multidisciplinaire team te verbetering van het inhuurproces (HR, Procurement, Finance en IT);
  • Beheren van leveranciersrelaties en onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden;
  • Coördineren van het volledige inhuurproces voor externe professionals;
  • Performance management van zowel de contractors als de leveranciers;
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verbetering van het externe inhuurproces bij Deloitte. What’s in it for you?

      Als Contingent Workforce Specialist maak je deel uit van het Flex@Deloitte team, bestaande uit 6 personen. Het is een dynamisch team dat verantwoordelijk is voor alle operationele aspecten met betrekking tot het inhuren van extern personeel. Verder heb jij als Contingent

      Workforce Specialist:

      • Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding;
      • Aantoonbare ervaring (1-3 jaar) in de recruitmentbranche als consultant externe inhuur, recruiter, accountmanager of MSP-consultant;
      • Ervaring met VMS tooling (Fieldglass, Netive, Beeline, Vindly, etc.);
      • Project en programma management ervaring;
      • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van externe inhuur;
      • Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
