  • Partner with businesses to advise, support, and educate on Contingent Workforce processes
  • Work autonomously to provide guidance to the business
  • Manage all queries and escalations related to the contingent labor program
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Procurement, HRBPs, and People Operations teams globally to resolve issues
  • Support program-level initiatives
  • Possess knowledge of and provide guidance on contingent worker legislation globally, particularly in the Netherlands & UK ( , IR35, DBA, AWR)
  • Assist the business with onboarding workers efficiently and compliantly
  • Continuously develop own knowledge and skills, staying updated on market developments and benchmarking activities externally to ensure best practices.
Profiel
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in HR/Talent Acquisition
  • 2+ years of experience specifically in contingent workforce management
  • Experience in vendor management and/or recruiting
  • Strong customer service skills with a background in a growing environment
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve goals
