Binnen EPCOR zoeken wij een Customer Support Representative die als spin in het web de belangen van klant en onze organisatie vertegenwoordigt. Ben jij klaar om onze internationale klanten in de luchtvaart optimaal te ondersteunen op zowel technisch als commercieel gebied?

EPCOR onderhoudt en repareert diverse Aircraft Components, geïnstalleerd door het gehele vliegtuig, en Auxiliary Power Units (APU’s), welke de hoofdmotoren aandraaien en zorgen voor licht en lucht in het vliegtuig, van meer dan 100 airlines wereldwijd Met eigen ogen zien wat we bij EPCOR doen? De voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden Customer Support Representative zijn:

  • Accountmanagement: coördineren, organiseren en begeleiden van klantorders in samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team van materiaalplanners, engineers en mechanics;
  • Contractmanagement: in samenwerking met de afdeling sales zorgen dat conform contractafspraak wordt gewerkt;
  • Relatiemanagement: opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van de klantrelatie;
  • Reizen naar klanten om performance te optimaliseren, klantbezoek vindt gemiddeld 2 keer per kwartaal plaats;
  • Het verrichten van administratieve werkzaamheden, door o.a. het opstellen van quotes, facturatie en klanten voorzien van benodigde documentatie;
  • Signaleren van procesverbeteringen en hierop actie ondernemen. Jouw profiel

    We zijn op zoek naar een collega welke overzicht kan houden, communicatief vaardig en flexibel is. Daarnaast dien je te beschikken over een commerciële instelling. Als Customer Support Representative bij EPCOR kom je optimaal tot je recht als je beschikt over:

    • Een afgeronde hbo opleiding;
    • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie;
    • Ervaring met projectmanagement en accountmanagement is een pre;
    • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in zowel Nederlandse als Engelse taal. Wat bieden wij
