  • Minimum Bachelor degree orrelevant experience

what will youdo

As Customer ServiceRepresentative your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction bymeeting customer needs and expectations. From our head office atSchiphol you handle flows to customers. The customer serviceresponsibilities start with the receipt of our customer demand. Youwill contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns.You are able to analyze infromation and advise for improvements inthe process.
