Bij Caro Health zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Development Representative om ons team te komen versterken.

Bij Caro werken we aan een digitale zorgassistent die patiënten ondersteunt tijdens hun gehele behandeltraject. We zijn inmiddels actief binnen een groot aantal klinieken en ziekenhuizen met als doel de zorg patiëntgerichter te maken en zorgprofessionals te ondersteunen. Om onze groei te kunnen garanderen zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Development Representative.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales Development Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe business. Samen met je sales collega's streef je ernaar om elke week zoveel mogelijk gekwalificeerde leads te leveren aan onze Account Managers. Je vult je dagen met de volgende taken:

  • Je identificeert nieuwe leads en deze benadert deze via email, LinkedIn, telefonisch of op events;
  • Je gaat het gesprek aan om prospects te kwalificeren en hun behoeften beter te begrijpen;
  • Je plant voor gekwalificeerde leads introductiemeetings met de Accountmanagers;
  • Je houdt de sales pipeline nauwkeurig bij en zorgt voor actuele forecasts;
  • Je voert onderzoek uit naar (nieuwe) doelmarkten en -sectoren en identificeert kansen in de markt om onze strategie te informeren.

    Afhankelijk van de behoefte en jouw specifieke vaardigheden en interesses kan de rol in de loop der tijd ook groeien

    Jouw achtergrond

    • Je hebt 0-3 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke functies binnen een commerciële omgeving;
    • Je hebt een passie voor de zorg en wil graag een steentje bijdragen aan betere patiëntenzorg;
    • Je hebt affiniteit met eHealth en maakt nieuwe tools je snel eigen;
    • Je communiceert overtuigend en bezit goede schrijfvaardigheid;
    • Je bent ondernemend en kunt goed zelfstandig aan de slag;
    • Je hebt hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau;
    • Je bent minimaal 32-40 uur in de week beschikbaar.
