Business Analyst (BA) bij Vion fungeren als een brug tussen het Business en IT. Ze analyseren en documenteren bedrijfsprocessen, de onderliggende informatiestromen en applicaties, en verzamelen en documenteren vereisten voor het bedrijf. Dit kan ook het ondersteunen van software-implementaties omvatten, door gebruikers op te leiden, acceptatietests te coördineren, enzovoort. De BA werkt aan verzoeken tot wijziging en in projecten.
Een aantal taken die je zou uitvoeren als Business Analist:
- In contact komen met belanghebbenden binnen/buiten onze organisatie om informatie te verzamelen over de bedrijfsprocessen en vereisten op basis van die informatie te documenteren;
- Als je niet naar een (internationale) locatie hoeft te reizen, beheer je je opdrachten vanuit alle hoeken. Dit kan zowel op kantoor als vanuit je eigen huis zijn (hybride werken is geen probleem);
- Je ondersteunt actief en/of traint (belangrijke) gebruikers.
Enkele voorbeelden van opdrachten in jouw rol bij Vion:
- SAP ERP-project;
- STIBO STEP Masterdata Management-project;
- MES vervangingsproject.

Wat verwachten we van jou?
- We zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring.
- Ervaring met minstens één Requirements-methodologie (IREB, BABOK) of bereidheid om minstens één ervan te leren.
