The role

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective operational management in terms of HR administration for our Couriers;
  • Manage and coordinate the day to day workload of the team members and make sure they can run a smooth administrative process;
  • Develop your team members to reach all SLA's and KPI's;
  • Conduct performance review with employees and provide continuous feedback;
  • Analyzing data to identify future opportunities;
  • Signal and report bottlenecks and pro-actively propose improvements to administrative/operational HR procedures and contribute to implementation;
  • Collaborate with the operational Scoober Team Leads to determine needs and requirements;
  • Collaborate  with stakeholders from other departments e.g. Payroll, Recruitment, Local Operations.

Your profile

  • 3+ years experience in a fast paced environment, while managing a team;
  • Knowledge in HR much appreciated;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • You feel comfortable working into a matrix organization (global and local stakeholders). Your strong stakeholder management skills will help you to be responsible for deliverable;
  • Affinity working with different systems and tools (i.e. Google Suite, Salesforce) will be welcomed;
  • Proactive, decisive, data-driven mindset. Hands-on mentality, problem solver and analytical view.
