The role
- Responsible for the efficient and effective operational management in terms of HR administration for our Couriers;
- Manage and coordinate the day to day workload of the team members and make sure they can run a smooth administrative process;
- Develop your team members to reach all SLA's and KPI's;
- Conduct performance review with employees and provide continuous feedback;
- Analyzing data to identify future opportunities;
- Signal and report bottlenecks and pro-actively propose improvements to administrative/operational HR procedures and contribute to implementation;
- Collaborate with the operational Scoober Team Leads to determine needs and requirements;
- Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments e.g. Payroll, Recruitment, Local Operations.
Your profile
- 3+ years experience in a fast paced environment, while managing a team;
- Knowledge in HR much appreciated;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- You feel comfortable working into a matrix organization (global and local stakeholders). Your strong stakeholder management skills will help you to be responsible for deliverable;
- Affinity working with different systems and tools (i.e. Google Suite, Salesforce) will be welcomed;
- Proactive, decisive, data-driven mindset. Hands-on mentality, problem solver and analytical view.
We don't expect you to know our whole stack from the beginning, we are looking for curious and passionate individuals who like to learn new things while having a positive impact on their collaborators.
