About the Role

felyx, a leading company in the mobility industry, is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join its People & Culture team. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for HR administration, recruitment, and overall employee experience for colleagues in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration processes, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding.
  • Source and hire top talent for HQ and Ops roles.
  • Develop and implement projects focused on company culture and employee experience.
  • Support colleagues and managers with HR-related questions and tasks.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process for select roles.
  • Contribute to the development of HR processes and policies.
  • Lead projects around employee experience, employer branding, and company values.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR.
  • HRIS experience, preferably with AFAS.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Full-time availability (minimum 32 hours).
  • Proactive, energetic, and motivated by taking initiative.
  • Positive mindset and ability to execute plans and ideas.
  • Structured work approach and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving, and timely decision-making.
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Desire to expand knowledge within the HR field.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with the full employee lifecycle.
  • Degree in HRM, HR Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
  • Extensive knowledge of Dutch labor law.
  • Strong command of the French language.
