Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of our HR processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Responding to team member requests and inquiries
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
  • Crafting and posting job openings, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining our career page and ensuring it is up-to-date
  • Refining our HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, and available to work 3-5 days a week for at least 20 weeks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and records
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
  • Available to work 3-5 days a week for at least 20 weeks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
