As a Courier HR Process Specialist, you will support, improve and ensure quality within Key Courier HR Processes. Along with supporting BAU improvements, you will work as the Process SME on key initiatives that support the organization to meet our annual objectives. Further you will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes so that they are more cost and operationally efficient yet do not compromise courier engagement and service levels.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement and drive HR operations processes, changes and improvements and you will be the SPOC for issue and change requests relating to any HR operational change. Additionally, you will control and monitor the quality of processes, analyze root causes, and enact controls to prevent future errors.

We are looking for you if you bring the following experience and capabilities:

  • Exceptional understanding of process & continuous improvement within HR processes
  • Able to develop simple yet comprehensive SOPs
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work with diverse groups
  • Capable of identifying automation requirements and support during their development and implementation.
  • You have high process thinking capabilities and general project management skills
  • Experience in developing business cases and simple financial analysis on proposed improvements
  • You are detailed oriented and can develop content that is easy for others to understand
