Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Control Office team as an HR Process Improvement Assistant. This internship will provide the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions and contribute to the implementation of Knowledge Management within the HR domain of ING.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing the current knowledge landscape within HR and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop standardized templates for HR processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Support the development of test scenarios based on functional requirements and contribute to process enhancements.
- Assist in creating a Knowledge Management dashboard using Power BI.
- Support various meetings, calls, reporting, project coordination activities, and project reporting.
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor (third-year bachelor) student with a strong interest in Human Resources, Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, or Non-financial Risk.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enjoy learning new things and willing to take on new tasks.
- Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic, and changing environment.
