Description
As an Interim Accounting/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including the preparation of financial reports.
- Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP and IFRS) and regulations (SOX).
- Leading and mentoring the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Communicating financial performance and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
