All about the role:

As a Legal Operations Specialist, you’ll become part of the group legal Commercial. We are looking for a driven person with a primary focus on developing and implementing new processes, systems and tools, developing and managing templates and other legal operations. We are looking for a generalist who is driven by process optimisation and improving both team and customer experience. You will need to bring the team on board to future proof our ways of working.

  • You’ll be part of a fantastic team but will also need to be comfortable working independently,
  • As a good communicator, you’re able to present information in an easy-to-understand way. Balancing legal risk with commerciality, pragmatism is key to success. As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:
  • Optimise existing and develop and implement new templates, lead change and work with the team to implement sustainable future proof processes. 
  • Use (legal) tech to bring the legal function to the next level
  • Partner closely with key team members from across the business to ensure support for change and enable a self-serve journey
  • Work autonomously and flexibly, while being supervised and supported by senior lawyers.
  • Be part of a great team of legal experts across multiple markets.

Can you deliver:

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

  • 3 + years experience as a lawyer and/or legal operations

  • In-depth knowledge of contract concepts, legal tech and legal operations
  • Project and stakeholder management 
  • A quick learner with a "can do" attitude and a strong academic record.
  • Confident working across multiple teams and locations on an international scale.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken). Additional languages are a bonus.
