As a Business Analyst, your primary mission is to support our product team in realizing the maximum potential of our offerings. You'll dive deep into understanding business processes, driving user adoption, and effecting transformative changes in line with our IT and business strategy. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll envision and iterate on future business processes, ensuring they align with our overarching objectives and strategy. This business analyst role is specifically for our website and key customer platform: myCargo. Where do you land?

You'll find yourself at the forefront of innovation within our Digital Commercial program. Working alongside agile product teams, you'll leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver functionalities that cater to the evolving needs of our customers and front-line employees.You'll have the opportunity to directly connect with customers and cargo stakeholders to build a user centric front-end application.
