**Business and Operations Analyst

As a
Business Operations Analyst you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through extensive data analysis, process optimization, and governance oversight.

Your efforts will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy within EMEA region, ensuring timely and high quality operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain analytical solutions, providing comprehensive dashboards tailored to various teams and organizational levels.
  • Regularly monitor open tasks and quality metrics, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Handle complex inquiries and operational processes effectively.
  • Document business and functional requirements, along with design specifications to support project implementation.
  • Maintain and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational standards.
  • Manage data hygiene practices to uphold data integrity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including Serices Sales, Global Operations and Service Delivery, to drive operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Take the lead on designated projects, demonstrating full ownership and accountability for driving operational improvements, ensuring efficiency gains, effective coordination, followups, and delivering impactful outcomes.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, process optimization, and project management.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical tools and dashboard creation (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
