Als Werkstudent Real Estate, onderdeel van Deloitte Financial Advisory, word je in de gelegenheid gesteld mee te werken aan complexe vraagstukken binnen de verschillende vastgoeddomeinen. Je werkt mee op projecten op het terrein van gebied- en vastgoedontwikkeling, vastgoedtransacties, economische ontwikkeling, optimalisatie van vastgoedportefeuille, publiek en private samenwerkingen en huisvestingsstrategieën. Dit doe je voor een breed scala aan opdrachtgevers waaronder gemeenten, eindgebruikers (corporates), beleggers, woningcorporaties, semi-publieke partijen, ontwikkelaars en bouwbedrijven.

Er zijn twee vaste instroommomenten voor werkstudenten: oktober en maart.

meewerken aan gebieds- en vastgoedontwikkelingen, grondbeleid voor gemeenten, optimalisatie van vastgoedportefeuilles, verkoop- en financieringsmemoranda, vastgoedwaarderingen, locatiestrategie en economische impactanalyses; voorbereiden van adviezen, offertes en klantpresentaties; analyseren van marktgegevens en opstellen financiële analyses en modellen; werken voor en met een brede groep van opdrachtgevers; samenstellen van een ontwikkelingsplan en leerdoelen met een persoonlijke coach; werken in een open, innovatieve en no nonsense cultuur, waar volop aandacht is voor teaming en fun. Natuurlijk maak je weleens fouten, maar hier haal je jouw leerpunten uit en communiceer je effectief complexe ideeën en analyses. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als Werkstudent Real Estate:

een bijna afgeronde Master; duidelijk aantoonbare affiniteit met vastgoedvraagstukken en/of (Real Estate) Finance, affiniteit met landelijk gebied is een pré; een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; beschikbaarheid van minstens 20 uur per week gedurende een half jaar. Jouw expertise deel je met zo'n 80 andere collega's inhet Real Estate-team dat onderdeel is van Deloitte Financial Advisory. Ons team adviseert publieke en private partijen over financiële vraagstukken gerelateerd aan vastgoed- & gebiedsontwikkeling, transacties, vastgoedportfolio’s, partnerships & ecosystemen en location strategy & site selection. Ons werkveld is divers maar heeft vrijwel altijd een financieel aspect. Deze afdeling kenmerkt zich door openheid, innovatie en gedrevenheid met een sterke focus op persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
