Wat je gaat doen

Als Sales Development Representative ben je van onschatbare waarde in ons salesteam. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze onboarding app onder de aandacht komt bij verschillende (internationale) organisaties. Én je maakt ze bewust van alle voordelen die ons platform te bieden heeft. Een cruciale rol, want jij kan echt het verschil maken voor de groei van ons bedrijf

Als lid van het salesteam krijg je volop mogelijkheden om te groeien en je te ontwikkelen binnen de afdeling. Je rol bestaat uit het benaderen van prospects en het leggen van contact met de beslissers binnen organisaties. Het is jouw uitdaging om te beoordelen of Appical waarde kan leveren aan verschillende organisaties en proactief met hen in gesprek te gaan.

Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Het identificeren en genereren van nieuwe leads via telefoongesprekken, e-mailcampagnes en sociale media. Jij ziet in één oogopslag of de binnengekomen leads geschikt zijn voor onze onboarding app. Je plant en voert discovery calls met potentiële klanten waarin je informeert naar hun behoeften en pijnpunten met betrekking tot de onboarding van werknemers. Je werkt effectief samen met het salesteam om sterke verkoopstrategieën te ontwikkelen en deze te implementeren voor ons platform. Het bijhouden en rapporteren van verkoopactiviteiten en -resultaten met behulp van ons CRM-systeem (HubSpot). Het continu verbeteren van jouw kennis over ons platform, de onboarding-branche, en de trends op het gebied van HR-tech. Onze perfecte match

Ben jij de SDR die wij zoeken?

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en daarnaast kun jij je ook heel goed redden in het Engels. Let op: dit is een must Je hebt bewezen ervaring in een sales development of lead generation rol, en het halen van sales targets is voor jou geen enkel probleem. Je communicatievaardigheden zijn on point, zowel schriftelijk als verbaal. Jij communiceert uitstekend met de verscheidenheid aan mensen en persoonlijkheden binnen de HR tech industrie. Je bent een ster in het opbouwen van relaties, en je hebt het vermogen om snel een band op te bouwen met potentiële klanten. Je bent gemotiveerd, zit vol energie en je hebt een positieve en ondernemende houding.
