Omschrijving
Je komt te werken in het team Financiën, Control & Administratie, dat zich richt op het verbeteren van de financiële bedrijfsvoering en de ontwikkeling van het team en haar medewerkers. Dit team bestaat uit clusters zoals financiële strategie en administratie. Als Financial Controller ben je betrokken bij de kwaliteit van financiële processen binnen het team, en optimaliseer en digitaliseer je deze processen. Samen met 18 collega's coördineer je de financiële stromen en verbind je verschillende aandachtsgebieden binnen de organisatie. Jij bent een communicatieve collega die aan de slag gaat met verbetervoorstellen en een verbindende rol op je neemt. Binnen deze functie is er ruimte voor verdere invulling in lijn met de ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nauwgezette, tijdige en volledige financiële administratie.
- Je bewaakt de effectiviteit en efficiëntie van financieel-administratieve en fiscale werkprocessen en werk-instructies, signaleert knelpunten en risico's en stelt verbeterplannen op.
- Je stelt kaders en randvoorwaarden voor de (sub)administratie en de financiële processen binnen de organisatie.
- Je voert complexe financieel-administratieve handelingen uit en je bent betrokken bij complexe boekhoudkundige en financial control vraagstukken.
- Je coördineert en stelt de jaarrekening samen met het team, inclusief balans en toelichting, als onderdeel van de jaarverslaglegging.
- Je levert een bijdrage aan de overige reguliere documenten in de P&C cyclus, zoals de geprognosticeerde balans in de begroting.
- Je draagt zorg voor en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de (sub)administraties, inclusief debiteuren-/crediteurenproces en projectadministraties, en stuurt zo nodig bij.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goed beheer en inrichting van de grootboekadministratie, de staat van reserves & voorzieningen en activa.
- In samenwerking met de financial controllers ondersteun je de organisatie in het beschikbaar stellen en doorontwikkelen van financiële informatie.
Deze functie biedt een uitdagende rol waarbij je invloed hebt op zowel de operationele als strategische aspecten van de financiële bedrijfsvoering binnen de organisatie.
Aanbod
- Je hebt een werkweek van 32 tot 36 uur, met uitstekende regelingen en faciliteiten voor thuiswerken, waardoor je een goede balans tussen werk en privé kunt handhaven.
- Het salaris valt tussen schaal 9-11, variërend van €4.100 tot €5.997 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. Dit salaris wordt afgestemd op je opleidingsniveau en werkervaring.
- Je ontvangt een individueel keuzebudget van 17,05% van je bruto maandsalaris. Dit budget kan worden ingezet voor extra vakantiegeld, het uitkeren van een 13e maand, of andere persoonlijke wensen.
- 27 vakantiedagen.
- Aanvankelijk een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
