Als Business Analyst maak je deel uit van het Client Intelligence team binnen Conduent Customer Experience Europe. Deze dynamische en groeiende afdeling ondersteunt bijna elke activiteit waar de organisatie van afhankelijk is. Over de rol

In de rol van Business Analyst houdt je je bezig met het analyseren van datasets en het interpreteren van deze analyseresultaten. Op basis hiervan geef je advies aan de operationele afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Je bent vrij in het bedenken en ontwikkelen van je analyses en komt proactief met verbetervoorstellen. Daarnaast ontwikkel je apps die worden ingezet om real-time verschillende afdelingen van informatie te kunnen voorzien.

De belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn:

  • Analyseren van complexe datasets en het vertalen van je bevindingen naar concrete verbeteradviezen;

  • Visualiseren van data door middel van ontwikkelen van Qlik Sense apps;

  • Coördineren van werkzaamheden van data analisten uit operationele teams;

  • Proactief aandragen en uitwerken van verbetervoorstellen.

Wat vragen wij

Onze ideale kandidaat heeft een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van Toegepaste Wiskunde, Business Analytics of soortgelijk.

Je hebt tenminste 1 jaar relevante stage- of werkervaring. Als persoon bezit je uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en ben je nieuwsgierig naar het verhaal achter de cijfers. Analyses doe je grondig en secuur. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met databases, business analytics tooling en bij voorkeur SQL.

Nog geen skills met Qlik Sense? Geen probleem, dan leren we je dat

Uitstekend Nederlands en Engels zijn vereist.
