Kom jij als Legal Support Employee bij Stibbe werken?

Stibbe zoekt per direct een enthousiaste Legal Support Employee (voor drie dagen per week). Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

Je draagt zorg voor het tijdig indienen van processtukken bij de gerechtelijke instanties, administreren van de status van zaken en het bewaken van de termijnen van de civiele procedures bij rechtbanken en gerechtshoven. Dit doe je in overleg met de betrokken advocaten en conform de richtlijnen van de landelijke rol- en procesreglementen, procedures en wet- en regelgeving, met als doel de procederende advocaat optimaal te ondersteunen bij het verloop van gerechtelijke procedures. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met invoeren van mutaties, het verzenden van rolberichten en instructieaanvragen en adviseer je bij de te voeren procedure(s). Verder onderhoud je contact met de griffies. Het Legal Support team is een hecht team en is nauw betrokken bij de procesbegeleiding van advocaten. Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een collega met HBO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring. Affiniteit en/ of ervaring met het roljournaal is een pré Verder beheers je de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift. Verder:

  • Ben je een communicatief sterke gesprekspartner en ben je in staat om kennis en ervaring effectief over te brengen;
  • Houd je overzicht op je eigen werk, stel je prioriteiten en bewaak je deadlines;
  • Ben je assertief en innovatief,
  • Ben je een teamplayer die ook in staat is zelfstandig te werken;
  • Sta je met beide benen op de grond en heb je gevoel voor humor;
  • Kun je snel schakelen en ben je stressbestendig;
