Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager - Cardiologs is responsible for developing and executing the Go To Market strategy for Cardiologs in alignment with Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D). Working with the EMEA+ & NAM Markets to ensure perfect and flawless market activation and expansion with an agile and start-up mindset.

The Strategic Account Manager coordinates plans and directs the execution of the new business expansion activities with a focus on the achievement of key commercial metrics, including market share.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will build new relationships with Strategic Accounts (IDTFs and/or scanning services) and create partnerships for Cardiologs solutions, supporting the existing Philips AM&D sales team in EMEA+ & NAM markets.  

You are responsible for

  • Understanding market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders and local challenges and regulations.
  • Driving and executing tender sales and offers including building strategic relationship with regional buyers  
  • Driving sales revenue and overall market share
  • Developing relationships with AM&D Intl. & NAM Team, Healthcare Providers, Key Opinion Leaders, within Health Systems.
  • Exploring and securing new business opportunities (pilots & commercial) for Cardiologs solutions in the field of remote patient monitoring and Resting ECG.
  • Arranging appointments, running equipment demonstrations and eventual sales meetings of SaaS services.
  • Communicating the companyâs competitive differentiation and value proposition to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts.
  • Developing potential sales leads by conducting research, maintaining key industry contacts and attending territory trade shows and meetings.
  • Negotiating and overseeing development of contracts for compliance, terms and conditions, renewals and extensions
  • Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results primarily in the Holter/Long Term ECG market but also in related diagnostic fields.
  • Educating the customer, not only about the sales organization's products and services, but also about industry trends and business issues and or billing models
  • Dedicate 70% of your time to the IDTF customer segment focusing on selling the Cardiologs SaaS portfolio 
  • Dedicate 30% of your time to supporting the EMEA+ & NAM Markets sales to HCPs focusing on SaaS

To succeed in this role, youâll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • 8+ years of Field Sales experience or Indirect Sales Channel creation required â Ideally in the cardiology market, on innovative software & business models. Healthcare SaaS or HCIT experience preferred.
  • Experience leading account teams and selling to accounts that can produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth preferred.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience
  • Negotiation, contracting and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and collaborate with all levels of field sales 
  • Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally
  • Knowledge of technical and market issues/factors

Le gestionnaire de comptes stratégiques coordonne les plans et dirige l'exécution des nouvelles activités d'expansion commerciale en mettant l'accent sur la réalisation des paramètres commerciaux clés, y compris la part de marché.

En tant que responsable de comptes stratégiques, vous établirez de nouvelles relations avec des comptes stratégiques (IDTF et/ou services de numérisation) et créerez des partenariats pour les solutions Cardiologs, en soutenant l'équipe commerciale Philips AM&D existante sur les marchés EMEA+ et NAM.

Vous êtes responsable de

⢠Comprendre les environnements de marché, les modèles de remboursement, les appels d'offres publics et les défis et réglementations locales.

⢠Conduite et exécution des appels d'offres et des offres, y compris l'établissement de relations stratégiques avec les acheteurs régionaux

⢠Stimuler le chiffre d'affaires et la part de marché globale

⢠Développer des relations avec AM&D Intl. & Ãquipe NAM, prestataires de soins de santé, leaders d'opinion clés, au sein des systèmes de santé.

⢠Explorer et sécuriser de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (pilotes & commerciales) pour les solutions Cardiologs dans le domaine de la télésurveillance des patients et de l'ECG de repos.

⢠Prise de rendez-vous, animation de démonstrations d'équipements et d'éventuelles réunions de vente de services SaaS.

⢠Communiquer la différenciation concurrentielle et la proposition de valeur de l'entreprise pour améliorer les ventes et convertir les comptes compétitifs.

⢠Développer des pistes de vente potentielles en effectuant des recherches, en maintenant des contacts clés dans l'industrie et en assistant à des foires commerciales et des réunions sur le territoire.

⢠Négocier et superviser le développement des contrats pour la conformité, les termes et conditions, les renouvellements et les extensions

⢠Détermination des plans annuels d'unités et de marge brute en mettant en place des stratégies marketing ; analyser les tendances et les résultats principalement sur le marché Holter / ECG à long terme, mais également dans des domaines de diagnostic connexes.

⢠Ãduquer le client, non seulement sur les produits et services de l'organisation commerciale, mais aussi sur les tendances du secteur et les problèmes commerciaux et/ou les modèles de facturation

⢠Consacrez 70 % de votre temps au segment de clientèle IDTF en vous concentrant sur la vente du portefeuille Cardiologs SaaS

⢠Consacrez 30 % de votre temps à soutenir les ventes des marchés EMEA+ et NAM auprès des HCP axés sur le SaaS

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous aurez besoin d'une attitude client d'abord et des éléments suivants

⢠Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en vente sur le terrain ou en création de canaux de vente indirects requis - Idéalement sur le marché de la cardiologie, sur des logiciels et des modèles commerciaux innovants. Expérience SaaS ou HCIT dans le domaine de la santé de préférence.

⢠Expérience de la direction d'équipes de compte et de la vente à des comptes qui peuvent produire d'importants volumes de ventes et/ou une croissance de la part de marché préférée.

⢠Capacités et expérience de leadership éprouvées

⢠Compétences en matière de négociation, de passation de marchés et de résolution de problèmes
