Binnen het Center of Expertise Corporate Communications, onderdeel van Brand, Marketing & Communications, zoekt ABN AMRO een communicatieadviseur voor het team Corporate Communications Functions.


De functie

ABN AMRO staat als bank midden in de maatschappij. Onze strategie is een persoonlijke bank in de digitale tijd te zijn. Als communicatieadviseur ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het vertalen van die strategie en prioriteiten in communicatie naar maatschappij en collega’s. Samen met je collega’s werk je op belangrijke (verander)trajecten en thema’s die spelen binnen jouw aandachtsgebied – in dit geval het Central Operations Office. Onder COO vallen o.a. de afdeling Customer Care & Operations, Detecting Financial Crime en Workplace Management. Samen met je collega’s verzorg je de in- en externe communicatie van strategie tot uitvoering. Zo ben je onder andere betrokken bij de inhoudelijke voorbereiding van interne bijeenkomsten en produceer je content voor verschillende doelgroepen en media (intern en extern). Hiermee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het versterken van de reputatie van ABN AMRO en aan het creëren van trots en betrokkenheid bij collega’s. Je bent een sparringpartner voor de Chief Operations Officer (COO). Je beperkt je hierin niet alleen tot wat er binnen de organisatie zelf gebeurt, maar bent ook op de hoogte van wat er buiten speelt en weet dit naar binnen te brengen.



Je werk 

·      Je hebt inzicht in de strategische doelstellingen en de interne en externe uitdagingen van de bank. Je adviseert over de in- en externe communicatiestrategie en -aanpak om onze doelstellingen te halen.

·      Samen met je collega’s bedenk je creatieve communicatieconcepten die bijdragen aan onze doelstellingen en voert die vervolgens uit.

·      Je treedt op als adviseur van de Executive Board – in dit geval de Chief Operations Officer (COO) - en geeft advies over de effectiviteit van zijn communicatie.

·      Je faciliteert open en transparante communicatie rondom belangrijke thema’s of prioriteiten.

·      Je speelt – in nauwe afstemming met de Communications Business Partner en woordvoerder in het team - een belangrijke rol bij de contentproductie voor de externe positionering van de COO.

·      Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en neemt hun input, inzicht en kennis van de portefeuille mee.

·      Je zorgt inhoudelijk voor een duidelijke en consistente storyline.

Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de CoE-Lead Corporate Communications en functioneel aan de Product Owner Corporate Communications Functions


Functie-eisen

·      Je bent een stevige communicatieadviseur en hebt ervaring met in- en externe communicatie.

·      Je staat sterk in je schoenen en beschikt over een flinke dosis organisatiesensitiviteit.

·      Je hebt een goed beeld van wat er speelt en leeft bij onze klanten en in de maatschappij en neemt dat mee in je advisering en plannen.

·      Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en bent in staat ‘nee’ te verkopen als de situatie daarom vraagt.

·      Je bent een echte teamplayer met humor. Maar ook een netwerker die actief de samenwerking met anderen opzoekt.

·      Je kan strategisch denken en werken, maar steekt net zo lief de handen uit de mouwen.

·      Je bent flexibel en als het nodig is, sta je klaar, ook als dat buiten de standaard werktijden is.

·      Je bent in staat om buiten naar binnen te brengen.

·      Je hebt uitstekende kennis van de Engelse taal (in woord en geschrift).
