As the Wholesale Trade Marketing Lead, Benelux for the Fragrance & Beauty division, you are responsible for developing and executing effective trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility & equity, and strengthen relationships with key wholesale partners.

Description

  • Development of a general yearly trade marketing strategy for Benelux WHS
  • Take the lead for the trade marketing part in the local annual brand planning process
  • Build long-term relationships with our Wholesalers, including regular visits of our key Wholesalers across the Benelux
  • Negotiate the yearly coop investments and plan with the Benelux Wholesalers
  • Develop a yearly sampling plan
  • Forecasting of Trade Marketing Materials
  • Collaboration with several external agencies
  • Own & manage the full Trade Marketing budget
  • Strong knowledge of and skilled with Client Experience & Client Services. Accelerate implementation of these programs within the Benelux in co-operation with the European team
  • Develop a strong & future proof vision on B&M and be able to build a B&M plan that goes beyond the classical trade animations - be able to make the difference vs other brands on the shop floor
  • Acceleration of the digital mindset within trade (both internally and amongst our wholesalers) -> create a holistic strategic and tactical plan with digital as THE key growth pillar of our BLX business
  • Assist Commercial WHS Director in presenting & negotiating AD HOC programs and BA engagement programs
  • In depth analysis of ROI of all trade investments both in Brick & Mortar as digital investments
