Als Account Payable Specialist rapporteer je aan de Teamleider Account Payable. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de digitalisering en verbetering van processen op Account Payable en voor Invoicing. Daarnaast help je operationeel mee met de verwerking en het vastleggen van financiële gegevens van de bedrijfsactiviteiten, het verrichten van de afhandeling, het verschaffen van managementinformatie en het controleren, analyseren en adviseren hierin. Zorgdragen dat inkoopfacturen tijdig, efficiënt en op de juiste manier verwerkt kunnen worden. Verbeteren en verder automatiseren van processen en systemen, zowel het proces van het boeken van inkoopfacturen, als het afhandelen van aanmaningen, het doen van betalingen, etc. Implementeren van nieuwe versies van ERP-systemen en scanning software systemen. Integreren van nieuwe acquisities in de crediteurenadministratie. Maken en standaardiseren van al dan niet gestandaardiseerde managementinformatie. ProfielDagelijks moeten wij het verschil maken door bij onze klanten op onze top te presteren. Dat vragen wij van al onze medewerkers. Dus ook van jou als Account Payable Specialist. Om het verschil te kunnen maken in jouw werk, ben je continu bezig om processen te verbeteren en digitaliseren Verder verwachten wij:
HBO werk- en denkniveau in Finance. Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. Ervaring met een ERP-systeem (SAP of IFS) is een pre. Zeer goede kennis van Excel en Power-BI. Minimaal 32 uur beschikbaar.
