Over het werk

Jij bent voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontrole van het eindproduct. Elke 24 uur controleer je het eindproduct van elk half uur aan productie. Je bekijkt of de labels op het eindproduct afwijkingen hebben en je meet de pH waarde. Dit doe je met de appratuur in het hiervoor bestemde 'lab'. De bevindingen van deze controles analyseer en registreer je in een kwaliteitsrapport. Vaardig zijn met de computer en computerprogramma's is daarom geen overbodige luxe. Indien het eindproduct volstaat wordt het vrijgegeven en kan het verkocht worden. Ten slotte loop je elke dag een controle ronde in de fabriek. Je observeert of alle regels en richtlijnen worden nageleefd. Als je ongewone situaties opmerkt rapporteer je dit en geef je dit aan. 

Je zult ook bezig zijn met klantcontact. Denk hierbij aan het afhandelen van klachten van een klant of leverancier. Het is daarom van belang dat jij communicatief sterk bent en goed Engels spreekt. De klanten en leveranciers van het bedrijf waar jij komt te werken komen namelijk uit het buitenland. Je staat de klant te woord, luistert naar de klant en komt met een passende oplossing. Waar nodig overleg je in je team en kom je erop terug. 

Je werkomgeving varieert van administratie en analyses in je eigen kantoor, tot testen doen op het 'lab' (die aangelegen ligt aan je kantoor) en controle rondes op de werkvloer in de fabriek. Je collega's zijn daarom zowel van administratie op kantoor als de hefttruckchauffeurs en de operators op de werkvloer.

  • MBO denk en werk niveau en/of ervaring in de branche
  • Bereid zijn om af en toe een dag in het weekend te werken 
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels
