With 2,000+ talents across 70+ countries, we fuse AI, big data, and cloud to drive the next generation of intelligent vehicles.As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Sales Operation Specialist to support our growing operations in Europe.What You’ll DoSales Order Management: Manage sales orders, create SAP orders and invoices, oversee shipments, and ensure accurate and efficient execution of order management.Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, finance, and other departments to coordinate new orders or special transportation needs, ensuring error-free order execution.Sales Operations Support: Organize sales meetings, track sales progress and key metrics, and ensure effective communication and implementation of meeting decisions.Sales Data Analysis: Maintain sales and customer information, regularly produce sales reports, analyze sales data, identify business challenges, and provide optimization suggestions.Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Regularly update sales forecasts, ensure adequate inventory levels, and enhance supply chain collaboration efficiency.Customer Relationship Management: Assist sales managers and project teams in maintaining customer relationships, monitor key customer communication progress, and support quotation work.Process Optimization and System Support: Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and other cross-departmental teams to optimize delivery processes, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational efficiency.Administrative and Support Tasks: Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operation of sales support functions.You AreExperience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience.Abilities: Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous and patient, able to handle work pressure.Professional Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other data tools is preferred.Language Requirements: Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese is mandatory.Why Join AutelKey operational role in shaping EV charging infrastructure in the EuropeFlat hierarchy with direct access to decision-makersCompetitive salary with performance-based bonusInternational environment with high autonomyDynamic, growth-oriented company with global reachLocation: The Hague, South Holland, NetherlandsStart date: As soon as possibleWorking hours: Full-time📩 Apply now and help us deliver cutting-edge EV charging solutionsContact: Apply directly on LinkedIn or send your resume to recruitment1.eu@autel.com👉 Please mention Sales Operation Specialist – NL in the email subject.
