Uitzendbureau Manpower zoekt een Productiecoördinator voor Dow in Terneuzen.

Als Productiecoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veilige, effectieve, en efficiënte uitvoering van het werk. Jij bent degene die actie onderneemt om resultaten te verbeteren en de productiviteit van het team te verhogen. Wat jij doet, heeft directe invloed op het werk van je collega's en de beschikbaarheid van essentiële apparatuur.

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere het beoordelen van multidisciplinaire job-pakketten, het zorgen voor de oplevering van apparatuur aan de productie, en het slim inzetten van de beschikbare mankracht. Je waarborgt dat jobs worden uitgevoerd volgens schema en specificaties, en je fungeert als het aanspreekpunt voor het opstellen van dag- en weekschema's. Bovendien coördineer je de communicatie en feedback tussen de verschillende afdelingen.

  • Fulltime baan van 40 uur per week
  • Pensioenopbouw via Manpower na acht gewerkte weken
  • Contract voor bepaalde tijd via Manpower, bij Dow 
  • Mogelijkheid tot vaste aanstelling op termijn
