Sales & Account Manager Netherlands based in The Hague (Netherlands)MissionDo you want to take part in reducing the carbon footprint of our food systems?Voltiris is an award-winning company with offices in Lausanne (Switzerland) and The Hague (Netherlands), developing solar energy solutions for the greenhouse sector.We’re looking for a driven Sales & Account Manager to strengthen our commercial team in the Netherlands and build long-term relationships with leading growers. You will work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and Switzerland, with a lot of freedom and independence to operate across the industry.What you'll work on:Business Development & SalesAcquire new projects with leading Dutch greenhouse growers.Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, and other crops.Account Management & Customer SuccessDevelop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with growersBe the trusted point of contact for Dutch customers, ensuring high-value service and strong adoption of Voltiris solutions.Market Intelligence & Industry EngagementRepresent Voltiris at trade fairs, grower visits, supplier meetings, and industry events.Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and grower needs.Cross-functional collaborationProvide customer feedback that helps refine product features and service processes.Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation and Dutch market visibility.What we're looking for:5+ years of experience in greenhouse horticulture (commercial, sales, or business development roles preferred).Strong network within the Dutch horticulture ecosystem.Hands-on commercial mindset focused on long-term customer relationships.Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and proactiveExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.Fluent in Dutch and English (French or German is a plus).Motivation to contribute to the energy transition in horticulture and bring new technology to market.What we offer:A key commercial role in a fast-growing cleantech scale-up.The opportunity to introduce a world-first, high-impact technology across the Dutch greenhouse sector.A dynamic, international, and mission-driven team (±25 FTE) across Switzerland and the Netherlands.Flexibility to organize your own work and customer relationships.Offices in Lausanne and The Hague, with a hybrid setup.We believe agrivoltaics is the future of clean and efficient food systems — and that strong grower relationships are essential to making this future a reality.
