The Role

As an
Account Manager
, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing business clients while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and drive new revenue. You'll act as a trusted partner, understanding each client's objectives, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored technology-driven solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys developing long-term relationships, managing complex accounts, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and align solutions.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Create detailed account plans and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Utilize marketing initiatives to strengthen client engagement.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in
    B2B account management or solution sales (SaaS Sales)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital or cloud-based services.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch
