Supply Chain Coordinator

In deze rol ben je vanuit de afdeling Supply Chain verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van alle processen omtrent promoties bij hun grootste klant. Wekelijks voer je een risico-analyse uit en zorg je ervoor dat alle stappen omtrent deze promoties zo efficiënt mogelijk verlopen, vanaf de voorbereiding totdat de eventuele leftover is afgeboekt.
Omschrijving
- Je analyseert een promotieforecast op korte en lange termijn in samenwerking met de demand planners;
- Je berekent producties van specifieke ingrediënten en stemt deze af met leveranciers;
- Tijdens je wekelijkse risico-analyse monitor je de voorraden van promotiegerelateerde producten en neemt actie waar nodig;
- Je zorgt tijdens de looptijd van een promotie voor een minimale leftover en geen Out Of Stock en coördineert de bijbehorende afhandeling.
- Je verzamelt informatie omtrent promoties en deelt deze intern;
- Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor promotiegerelateerde onderwerpen.
