Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB**As an Advisor Communications at Constanter,
you'll play a crucial role in driving the organisation's communication strategies that contribute to its philanthropic endeavors. Your role entails not only executing tasks but als
o actively participating in the creation of plans and making tactical decisions to enhance our corporate profile and support our philanthropic missions. Reporting to the Team Lead Communications, you'll have the autonomy to engage in diverse activities ranging from storytelling to campaign management and content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the team in developing and delivering of communications approaches. Contribute actively to shape the team's approach through research on industry trends, sector developments and audiences to inform communication strategies and messaging.
  • Be responsible for campaign management on all our channels that enhances the reputation of the organization or to fulfill the philanthropic mission. Propose tactical interventions that improve the performance of these campaigns.
  • Creating various types of content such as press releases, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website content. This could involve writing, editing, and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Work with seniors in your team on developing internal communication efforts that ensure that employees are informed about company news, policies, and initiatives.
  • Manage the organisation's channels, keeping them relevant by initiating new concepts and test variety of content formats. Use advance monitoring to measure the impact and propose improvements.
  • Event coordination that involves the facilitation of comprehensive logístical support, meticulous material preparation, and adept onsite management and the coordination of external suppliers.
  • Contributing to ongoing learning and development within the communications team and the organisation as a whole.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal as well as visual. Being meticulous and thorough in writing, editing, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency in all communication materials.

Working effectively in a team setting, collaborating with colleagues from different departments, and being open to feedback and constructive criticism.

  • Initiative and
    proactive approach in proposing tactical decisions that drive improvements in communication strategies and processes.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with communication tools and software and the willingness to explore and implement new tools.

  • Awareness of cultural differences and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of communications.

Qualifications
-
Professional and/or academic qualifications relevant to the role.
-
2-5 years of proven experience in communications or related fields.

  • Agency, vender and freelancer management experience is required.
  • Experience working in
    diverse cultural contexts.

Must have full working rights in The Netherlands
