**We are looking for a Communications Advisor, a creative go-getter who can create and execute communication plans with a focus on PR, influencer marketing, and digital production, to join our Antwerp office.**

**WHAT'S THE JOB?**:

- You will be part of the communications team and will be responsible for advising clients on** influencer marketing, PR, and digital campaigns**.
- You capture the client's briefing and** come up with creative strategies and story lines** in collaboration with the Communications Manager and Communications Director.
- You assist the Communications Manager with the development of **strategically underpinned communication plans**.
- You will **execute these communications plans**, from briefing to reporting.
- You collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to **develop and implement digital marketing initiatives.**:

- You **negotiate influencer contracts** and ensure that clearly defined contracts that meet legal requirements are drawn up.
- You** brief influencers and journalists **and closely follow up on them during a campaign roll-out.
- You **organize and coordinate events**, compile a quality guest list, and deliver actionable output.
- You **write or adapt press releases**, send them out, and follow up in direct liaison with journalists.
- You are responsible for **implementing campaigns **while keeping a close eye on deadlines, KPIs, and goals.
- You ensure, together with your colleagues, **smooth-paced coordination of communications on the projects** in question, both in relation to your team and vis-à-vis the client.
- You **include and brief the relevant experts **within and outside of oona (graphic design, copy, social media content, and event management).
- You **measure the impact and analyze the results **of the campaigns.

- You **understand the importance of digital campaigns** and their most important KPIs.
- You have **1-2 year(s) of working experience (**preferably in a similar agency).
- You **understand the influencer and thought leader landscape **and select the right profiles for your client's campaigns.
- You have **a sharp pen**: you can write press releases.
- You **can work independently but like to work in a team** as well.
- You have an **entrepreneurial can-do mentality**, and you are not afraid to try new things.
- You are **creative**: ideas come at ease.
- You are **a talented project manager**: every project is handled with care and deadlines in mind.
- You are **a true communicator**: you make sure everyone is aligned, internally and externally.
- You know how to unburden your manager and your clients by being **proactive** and solid.
- You also **think about developing opportunities **and talk about it with your team and manager.
- You have **experience in reporting, managing budgets and providing the right aftercare**.
- You are living in (or willing to relocate to) **Belgium**.
