Als Network Security Support Engineer ben je het aanspreekpunt voor partners van KPN Partner Network. Je biedt ondersteuning bij technische vraagstukken en lost complexe problemen op. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het beantwoorden van vragen en oplossen van technische issues voor partners.
  • Het bijhouden en oplossen van eigen tickets en calls.
  • Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, je team en de partner.
  • Het continu verbeteren van je eigen kennis en vaardigheden.
  • Het streven naar optimale klanttevredenheid door excellente service.

In deze rol is jouw mentaliteit cruciaal. We zoeken naar betrokken, verantwoordelijke en leergierige teamspelers die uitblinken in communicatie en klantgerichtheid. Om dit succesvol te kunnen doen heb je in ieder geval:

  • Minimaal een MBO werk- en denkniveau, met affiniteit voor ICT- en telecomproducten.
  • Basiskennis van Cisco en andere relevante netwerktechnologieën, met bij voorkeur lopende certificeringen zoals CCNA 1 / NSE4 of vergelijkbaar.
  • Een intrinsieke motivatie om voortdurend te leren en jezelf te verbeteren, gekoppeld aan een proactieve houding.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, om effectief te kunnen samenwerken en klanten te ondersteunen.
  • Een klantgerichte benadering en het vermogen om flexibel te zijn in een dynamische omgeving.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Natuurlijk hebben we als werkgever jou ook veel te bieden. Dit krijg je van ons:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris van minimaal €2912,- en maximaal €4000,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, op basis van 37 uur.
  • Keuzetijd tot en met 40 uur per week mogelijk, waardoor je er maximaal 8,5% brutosalaris bij krijgt.
  • Een toeslag van 10,5% van je bruto maandsalaris (inclusief 8% vakantiegeld).
  • Een variabele-bonusregeling van 5% behorende bij schaal 7.
  • Jaarlijks een individuele en collectieve verhoging conform onze CAO.
  • Goede doorgroei- en opleidingsmogelijkheden en een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van €1500,-. Sterker nog, we verwachten van jou dat jij je blijft ontwikkelen.
  • Een goede werk-privé balans (zoals 2 dagen kantoor, 3 dagen thuis, transitieverlof, feestdagwissel naar een feestdag van jouw religieuze of culturele voorkeur).
  • Thuiswerkshop om je werkplek thuis optimaal in te kunnen richten, uiteraard met een mobiele telefoon & laptop.
  • 50% korting op KPN-producten en -diensten, zoals KPN-internet.
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer: zoals onze fietsvergoeding van €0,40 per kilometer, of €0,23 per kilometer, of volledige vergoeding 2e klas OV. Daarnaast krijg je €10,- per maand internetvergoeding en een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,15 per dag.
  • Uitstekende pensioenvoorwaarden: een totale inleg van 23% van je pensioengevende salaris waarvan KPN 16% inlegt en jij 7%.
