IT & Cyber Security Director - IT - Cyber Secuurty - Hardware - Software - R&D
You will be in charge of the whole IT department in your role as IT & Cybersecurity Director. This includes managing R&D operations, infrastructure design for product development, hardware, software, and cyber security. Technical know-how, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough comprehension of how technology can empower and expedite business goals in an AI-driven environment are all necessary for this function.
Primary Accountabilities:
• Strategic IT Vision & Alignment: Create and carry out cyber security and strategic IT initiatives that are in line with business objectives and improve security, scalability, and efficiency.
• All-inclusive IT Spectrum Management: Supervise all IT operations, assuring optimal performance, including vendor management, AWS administration, DevOps, Jira setup/administration, and hardware/software/R&D operations.
• Cybersecurity Management: Take charge of the creation and implementation of cybersecurity policies, practices, and frameworks to safeguard the company's data assets from both external and internal attacks.
• Cross-functional Workflow Optimisation: Reduce administrative strain on development teams by streamlining workflows through seamless IT integration across business functions.
• Effective IT System Architecture: Design IT systems for product qualification, hardware/software development, and workflow optimisation to produce high-quality results while preserving high level of cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
• A degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline, either bachelor's or master's.
• Five or more years of leadership experience, as well as a minimum of ten years of advanced IT and cybersecurity experience.
• Proven proficiency with DevOps techniques, cybersecurity strategy, cloud infrastructure management (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and IT systems architecture for both hardware and software development.
• Mastery of project management software, such as Jira and Asana, and experience managing end-to-end IT operations in a variety of fields, including software, hardware, and R&D.
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with quality assurance methods, automation tools (such as CI/CD pipelines), and semiconductor IT operations in the context of product development.
• Knowledge of security procedures, such as data protection and key management systems.
• Outstanding team management, decision-making, and leadership abilities in a fast-paced IT setting.
• Well-versed on the current trends and advancements in artificial intelligence and associated technological developments.
The role will be operating in a Hybrid working model (2 days per week) In South Netherlands.
The salary is paying up to €150,000 Euros per annum + Benefits.
