Samen met drie collega's bemannen jullie de afdeling IT support. Vragen die binnenkomen hebben betrekking op de systemen op onze tankstations of onze hoofdkantoren in Dordrecht of Oosterhout. Het is voor De Haan Tankstations van groot belang om onze tankstations continue service te kunnen verlenen. Jij draagt hier actief aan bij door eventuele storingen snel en kundig op te lossen. Daarnaast installeer en configureer je systemen voor gebruikers, beheer je gebruikersaccounts en zie je toe op de juiste beveiliging en antivirus beheer.
Verder ben je klant- en service gericht en werk je graag samen. Zowel met je drie collega's op de IT helpdesk als ook de tankstations en hoofdkantoor gebruikers.
Werkervaring op bijvoorbeeld een IT- helpdesk.
Een relevante mbo-opleiding of werkervaring aangevuld met kennis van hard- en software.
Vloeiende kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
Je komt te werken bij een toonaangevend, sterk groeiend familiebedrijf met 180 tankstations. Het is ideaal als je 38 uur per week beschikbaar bent, 32 uur is bespreekbaar.
Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband, na je eerste jaarcontract.
25 vakantiedagen per jaar o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband.
