Functieomschrijving:

Helpt vragen over complexe onderdelen te beantwoorden. Werkt samen met andere afdelingen om inzicht te krijgen in de kosten van nieuwe onderdelen. De behoeften van de klant evalueren en oplossingen aanbevelen. Lichte technische ondersteuning bieden door vragen van klanten over machinekenmerken of -functies te beantwoorden. Bedrijfsproducten verkopen via advies aan bestaande klanten over vervangingen en identieke vervangingsonderdelen Maximaliseren van verkoopkansen voor vervangende onderdelen door proactieve communicatie om verkoopdoelen te halen of te overtreffen Assisteren bij het identificeren van reserveonderdelen die nodig zijn voor machines en eventueel samen met internationale collega's zoeken naar best practices en methodes. Bijhouden van bestanden, dossiers en logboeken die relevant zijn voor de functie.

De functie van Technical Researcher is zeer gevarieerd van aard en je hebt meerdere aanvragen lopen. Het is dan ook belangrijk dat je snel kunt schakelen en overzicht kunt houden. We denken aan iemand met MBO/HBO werk-en denkniveau met technische achtergrond en commerciele instelling.

Deze functie vereist het vermogen om technische en klantenservice

vaardigheden te gebruiken om relaties met klanten op te bouwen en te

onderhouden, proactief producten en diensten aan te bieden en klanttevredenheid te garanderen door klantenservice van wereldklasse te bieden.

Deze functie vraagt een hoog gevoel van urgentie en snel kunnen reageren. Je bent creatief en komt met ideeën. Kwaliteit leveren vind je belangrijk. Een

dynamische omgeving trekt je aan, waarin er ook iets gevraagd wordt van jouw initiatief en flexibiliteit. Klantgericht en commercieel bezig zijn is precies jou ding. Hoge verwachtingen zijn er voor goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, eventueel in Duitse en Franse taal.

Het huidige Partsteam bestaat uit 2 teamleden in Terneuzen, daarnaast ben je onderdeel van het Customer Service team in Europa. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in onze moderne, goed uitgeruste vestiging Terneuzen.
